Director, On-Premise (Remote + ~40% Travel)
At Green House, we grow brands that people love. We're looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Director of On-Premise (Non Alc) to help bring beverage brands to life across influential nightlife, hospitality, and foodservice accounts.
What You'll Do
On-Premise Activation & Sales Strategy (50%)
- Drive visibility, velocity, and volume through targeted on-premise programming.
- Activate a mix of non-alc and beverage alcohol brands across key markets and accounts.
- Build strong local and national relationships with venue decision-makers and distributor partners.
- Influence menu placements, retail features, and local promotions.
- Adapt national programs for regional market needs and trends.
Team Leadership & Partner Management (25%)
Lead and coach a field team of 3+ direct reports to execute brand programs and achieve KPIs.Serve as the liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and distributor / supplier contacts.Provide regular performance feedback, development planning, and oversight.Represent the brand and Green House in key trade-facing engagements.Program Reporting & Optimization (15%)
Analyze program ROI, share wins and insights, and refine market tactics accordingly.Monitor competitive landscape and activation benchmarks.Ensure compliance with regulatory, brand, and partner standards.Travel & Market Support (10%)
Travel ~40% of the time across key U.S. markets and occasionally to Canada.Attend trade events, sampling activations, and national planning meetings.Act as the face of the brand in high-impact, culture-driving on-premise accounts.What We're Looking For
Location : EST or CST strongly preferred; must reside within 1 hour of a major airport.
Experience :
5+ years in on-premise marketing or sales roles (agency, distributor, or supplier).Strong preference for beverage alcohol (spirits >beer / wine) or non-alcoholic beverage experience.
Track record of managing at least 3 direct reports.Established relationships in the hospitality and on-premise space.Skills :
Excellent people leadership, relationship management, and communication skills.Strong understanding of account-level marketing, sales incentives, and trade marketing.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).Ability to work independently in a remote / hybrid structure and manage multiple stakeholders.Interview Process

$115,000 - $120,000 annually
