A company is looking for a Director of People (Talent Acquisition) to lead a high-performance recruiting organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters while ensuring high-quality execution across all open roles
Personally headhunt senior leadership roles and build proactive pipelines across various functions
Build systems and processes for predictable recruiting and partner with leadership on workforce planning
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in agency, startup, or executive search
Proven experience managing or leading recruiters
Strong headhunting ability for senior U.S.-based roles
Exceptional organizational skills and systems-driven mindset
Ability to work EST hours and travel to NYC as needed
