HR Director Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team. This role will involve remote work with periodic travel to Grants, New Mexico to visit their hospital location. This person will lead compliance efforts for a rural 25-bed critical access hospital to help get them compliant. Compliance items included, but are not limited to, employer laws, required postings, annual 5500 filings, addressing payer discrepancies, and managing employee relations. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach to resolving compliance issues to get them compliant and up to date while also providing guidance to the existing HR Specialist onsite. Travel will involve one week onsite in Grants, followed by one week working remotely, and then returning onsite until the project is complete. This role requires a professional who is willing to "get in the weeds" to fix issues and ensure compliance.
