We are seeking both full-time and part-time individuals to join our team.

  • ?? What You'll Do
  • Plan, create, and execute engaging social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Reimagine and repurpose existing videos and photos into new, high-performing content
  • Schedule and post content across client accounts, ensuring consistent activity and alignment with each brand's strategy
  • Design on-brand graphics, animations, and marketing assets for digital campaigns
  • Stay current with social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm ideas, execute campaigns, and deliver exceptional work for our clients
  • Take direction well while bringing your own spark, creativity, and enthusiasm to every project
  • Contribute to strategy sessions and help shape the voice and visual identity of our clients

    • What You Bring

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Experience with Canv a, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc. ), and other design tools
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail with stong communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content scheduling tools (like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Planoly)
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • A team-first mindset — you collaborate easily, take feedback well, and bring positive energy to the table
  • A genuine passion for creativity, storytelling, and producing content that gets results
  • ?? Work Setup
  • Hybrid position — primarily remote, with a few in-person meetings each week in Fairfield County CT.

    • We are seeking full-time, part-time and contract based applicants.
