Tarpon Specialty Services is currently hiring Tackers / Pipe Fitter Helpers to join our growing team in the Coastal Bend area. This position will assist pipe fitters and welders in layout, preparation, and installation of piping systems for industrial projects.

We’re looking for motivated individuals who are ready to work hard, learn quickly, and contribute to a team that values safety, craftsmanship, and reliability .

Responsibilities :

• Assist pipe fitters with layout, fit-up, and assembly of piping components
• Perform basic tacking and prep work under supervision
• Cut, grind, clean, and move materials as needed
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all company safety policies and site procedures
• Work effectively as part of a team in an industrial environment
