Job Description :

As a CSR at State Farm, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, assisting them with their insurance needs, and providing top-notch service. You will handle inquiries, process policy changes, and collaborate with our team to ensure customer satisfaction. Your role will involve :

  • Assisting customers : You will address customer inquiries, provide information about insurance policies, and offer guidance on coverage options. Your ability to empathize, actively listen, and communicate effectively will be essential.
  • Policy management : You will handle policy changes, updates, and claims processing accurately and efficiently. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help ensure that our customers' policies are up to date.
  • Problem-solving : You will analyze complex customer situations and provide creative solutions that meet their needs. Your ability to think critically and make informed decisions will play a vital role in resolving customer concerns.
  • Collaboration : You will work closely with our team of professionals to share knowledge, learn from one another, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn and navigate various software systems.
  • Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish
