Job Description

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations at all project sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to maintain timelines and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee procurement of materials and ensure quality standards are met.
• Resolve conflicts and challenges that arise during the construction process.
