Real Estate Office Manager

Very busy real estate office seeking experienced Realtor (NC and SC license preferred) to assume the role of Office Manager and Talent.

You will be wearing multiple hats and there will never be a dull moment. No job is too small or too big. You will have an exciting opportunity to learn how to manage and excel in a technology-savvy fast-paced real estate office.

Manage a team of 10 employees and recruit and train agents (currently 15 but we seek to grow).

On-board & train new agents and staff.

Compensation : $50,000+

Responsibilities :

• Guide, assist, and oversee our Agents and their transactions
• Learn and implement our unique Marketing systems under a nationally acclaimed coach
• General office management
• Recruiting and training
• Must possess excellent written and oral grammar and writing ability
• Scheduling meetings, client appreciation & office events, and catering coordination
• Conduct EOS-style meetings
