About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Student Affairs / Dean of Students to provide strategic leadership and vision for a comprehensive student affairs division. The successful candidate will be a senior-level manager with a strong commitment to enhancing the academic mission of the institution and enriching the quality of student life. Key responsibilities for this role include budget preparation and oversight, formulating planning documents, supervising and evaluating staff, and effectively communicating the mission and role of student life programs to various stakeholders. The Vice President will also be involved in the oversight of construction and capital improvements related to student affairs. Applicants for the Vice President of Student Affairs / Dean of Students position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior management role within a student affairs or related educational setting. The role requires a leader who can articulate a clear vision for student affairs that aligns with the academic mission and supports the diverse needs of the student population. A strong background in budget management, strategic planning, and staff supervision is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the various programs and services that contribute to student success and well-being, including but not limited to, student organizations, campus recreation, health services, and career development. A doctoral degree in a relevant field is preferred, and the candidate should demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of their work.
