Louisiana Licensed Pharmacist

A company is looking for a Pharmacist to work remotely in Louisiana, Tennessee, South Carolina, or Florida.

Key Responsibilities

Engage members and schedule pharmacist consultation appointments for clinical programs

Utilize prescription claims data to provide clinical recommendations based on Medication Therapy Management protocols

Assess medication regimens, provide patient education, and document patient care notes efficiently

Required Qualifications

Must reside within Louisiana, Tennessee, South Carolina, or Florida

Active and in good standing pharmacist license in state of residence

Bachelor's degree or PharmD required

2+ years of pharmacist experience preferred, but new graduates will be considered

Strong knowledge of disease state management guidelines and Medication Therapy Management services
