Position Overview :

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both Mandarin and English to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will assist Mandarin-speaking clients with inquiries, policy information, and claims support, ensuring a positive customer experience aligned with State Farms standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide excellent customer service to Mandarin-speaking clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, claims processing, and appointment scheduling.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and update client information in the agency management system.
  • Collaborate with agents and other team members to resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Promote State Farm products and services when appropriate.
  • Maintain knowledge of insurance products, agency procedures, and compliance requirements.

    • Qualifications :

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written) is required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, ideally in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with computers and basic software applications.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
