In this NICU role, you’ll be at the heart of advanced neonatal care. Key responsibilities include monitoring critical vitals and respiratory support for neonates, managing lines, medications, and infusion therapies, and collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists, lactation consultants, and family-centered care teams. You’ll lead bedside rounds, participate in daily care planning, and ensure precise documentation, enabling informed decisions that affect discharge readiness and long-term development.
