Location : Chicago, IL - Hybrid (3 days / week in office)

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Salesforce Administrator to join our team and execute on our strategic Salesforce vision. This role is an expansion of a cross-functional team dedicated to internal tools growth, reporting to the leadership of our business systems team with day-to-day collaboration and guidance from our Salesforce platform's technical lead and product owner.

You will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our multi-cloud Salesforce ecosystem including Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and connected applications. You'll have the opportunity to work in a well-architected Salesforce environment equipped with cutting-edge tools including Data Cloud and Agentforce, giving you hands-on experience with the latest innovations in the Salesforce ecosystem.

The administrator will collaborate with operations and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, troubleshoot user issues, provide training and support, and implement effective solutions that align with business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced fintech environment, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices while working with cutting-edge technology and AI-powered productivity tools.

What You'll Do :

• Manage the configuration and maintenance of our Salesforce platform and integrated tools, leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices

Manage the full project lifecycle, including gathering requirements, developing solutions, and ensuring effective implementation and user adoption

Salary Range : $100,000 - $120,000

The actual salary offered will be based on the candidate's level of experience and qualifications

Discretionary performance bonus : 8-12% of base salary based on individual and company performance
