Electrician Foreman, Enclosures

If you have hands-on experience in electrical work with enclosures, this full-time Electrician Foreman position may be an excellent next step for your career. Your responsibilities will include managing the successful completion of projects for the Enclosure Department as you ensure employee safety and productivity. Scheduling and overseeing work, fostering compliance with safety rules, and hiring, mentoring, and training team members and contractors will make use of your efficient leadership skills.

What You’ll Do :

• Supervise and make sure that all safety rules are followed at all times.
• Produce work schedules in accordance with the availability of employees, contractors, and labor laws.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and train employees and contractors.
• Develop and oversee quality standards.
• Resolve conflicts that may occur promptly and cordially.
• Review diagrams, photographs, drawings and blueprints and communicate accurate information to stakeholders.
