Production Operator Blender

Description

The Facility Blender Color is responsible for conducting paint drawdowns preparing and blending customer orders to meet their specifications documenting work orders and formulas and maintaining all color-matching and mixing equipment.

Location : 3501 5th Ave East Moline IL 61244

Schedule : Full-time Monday - Friday 7 : 00am - 3 : 30pm (seasonal not available)

Compensation : $17.39 - $22.55

Job duties include contact with other employees operating heavy machinery and access to proprietary information raw materials finished merchandise and / or other items of value and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Companys staff employees and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders including blending adjusting filling and labeling batches
• Operate tinting and mixing equipment and material handling equipment in an efficient and safe manner
• Make shade and gloss adjustments to meet customer requirements
• Ensure customers quality and service expectations are met
• Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high
• Keep tools equipment and work environment clean and organized daily
• Maintain production records and reporting as required
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including safety loss prevention and security
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures rules and regulations
