Cybersecurity Analyst . In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that make a difference for our country.

Responsibilities

• Monitors networks and systems for security issues, suspicious activities, and compliance.
• Assists in investigating security breaches / incidents and documenting findings.
• Participates in system analysis, vulnerability identification, and basic compliance testing.
• Supports log analysis to identify anomalous traffic or potential data leaks.
• Prepares technical summaries and maintains detailed records.
• Communicates compliance gaps and remediation steps to stakeholders.
• Maintains awareness of vulnerabilities and threat intelligence.
• Assists with audits, data calls, and compliance activities.
• Contributes to incident response efforts and post-incident reviews.
• Supports implementation and monitoring of security controls and toolsets.

Salaries for

Cybersecurity Analysts at Planet Technologies range from $90,000 and $140,000. Several factors will impact final pay offered to a successful candidate including but not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, clearance level, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, training, etc.
