Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory

Location : Syracuse, NY

Assignment : 13 weeks | Start Date : 10 / 3 / 2025

Shift : Days | 5x8s | 8 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM

Job Summary :

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Ambulatory RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Syracuse, NY. The RN will provide patient care in an outpatient / ambulatory setting, supporting procedures and patient assessments with minimal supervision.

Assignment Details : Duration : 13 weeks

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8-hour days

Hours : 40 hours / week

Setting : Ambulatory / Outpatient Care

Qualifications :

Current New York State RN license – Required

BLS (AHA) – Required

Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care experience within the past 2 years – Required

Experience in hospitals of equal or greater size / trauma centers – Required

Ambulatory or urgent care experience – Preferred

EPIC EMR experience – Preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities :

Perform patient assessments and provide safe, quality nursing care in an ambulatory setting

Support procedures and interventions as directed

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to ensure optimal outcomes

Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system

Demonstrate ability to work with minimal orientation and supervision
