Now Hiring : Maintenance Director

About the Role :

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Director to join our team! In this role, you’ll handle preventive maintenance, inspections, installations, and repairs for residential and industrial HVAC systems, as well as a variety of other maintenance tasks throughout our community. You’ll work under the supervision of the Executive Director to keep our facility safe, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct routine fire and safety drills, educate staff on evacuation procedures.
• Perform repairs on handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and fire extinguishers
• Change filters on HVAC equipment and manage supply stocking and lifting tasks
• Prioritize and complete service requests efficiently with high-quality workmanship
• Conduct daily inspections of common areas and community amenities to ensure proper condition and functionality
• Carry out preventive maintenance on systems such as HVAC, plumbing fixtures, sprinkler systems, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers
• Identify and report potentially hazardous situations that may not be immediately obvious to others
• Enforce safety procedures in compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Ensure supply and equipment needs are available to support daily operations and resident care

Benefits We Offer :
