About the Role

Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead for a potential opportunity to support IT initiatives at the US Coast Guard Yard in Baltimore, Maryland . The Technical Lead will be responsible for architecting solutions, leading technical execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of mission-critical IT systems. This role requires both strong hands-on technical expertise and the ability to present solutions and strategies to Federal leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect Microsoft Power Platform solutions to meet client requirements.
• Present technical designs and solution strategies to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop, create, and modify general computer applications software and specialized utility programs.
• Analyze user needs and develop tailored software solutions.
• Design and customize software for client use with a focus on optimizing operational efficiency.
• Analyze and design databases within an application area, lead or coordinate database development activities.
• Supervise and guide technical execution, ensuring high-quality delivery across all development efforts.
