Responsibilities - Used Car Sales Manager :
- Responsible for the success and profitability of used car sales, sales team building and management, and more.
- Hire, train, and assist the sales team in closing deals, drive sales, produce results
- Lead, motivate and coach the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Monitor / manage the sales team's progress and performance
- Engage with customers to build a base of referrals and repeat business
- Help manage all aspects of the sales department and inventory lot
- Perform other duties as requested
