Location : Westminster, CO 80020 Pay : $18.50 / hour (weekly pay) Start Date : December 1st

About the Role

We're looking for an Enrollment Representative to help families explore and enroll in our child care programs. You'll be the first point of contactanswering questions, sharing details about our offerings, and guiding families toward scheduling an on-site tour.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls from families interested in child care services.
• Educate families on enrollment options, including backup care and educational assistance programs.
• Coordinate tours for our brick-and-mortar child care centers.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to families who expressed interest but haven't scheduled a tour or need additional documentation.
• Navigate multiple systems (7+ applications) to manage inquiries and enrollment processes.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
