You will work within a squad partnering closely with asset management, Fidelity's distribution channels, and the broader organization to deliver a diverse range of investment capabilities to meet the needs of retail, intermediary, and institutional clients.

As a Product Analyst, you blend deep knowledge of Product Management and Business Analysis skills, with the ability to drive business deliverables within the Product Development Life Cycle with a passion for empathizing with customers, defining the problem statement, generating solution ideas, collaborating, and seeing products come to life!

There are three primary principles of being a great Product Analyst in the Product Analysis and Design Chapter Area :

• Strategy : Understanding the problem or the 'why' and aligning it to the mission
• Execution : This is where and how the work gets done
• Business Readiness : How do you drive your product to launch and support after launch
