Demonstrated experience with design-thinking best practices and testing to deliver digital products and experiences Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple assignments and deliverables simultaneously with the flexibility to meet changing needs and demands. Strong business communication skills; able to write / speak clearly and professionally for a variety of audiences. Ability to create and deliver engaging presentations tailored to diverse audiences. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Distinctive problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge with the following software Confluence and Jira Experience with Vendor management. Minimum Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience Traditional medical, dental, and vision coverage 401K matching up to 5% per pay period Accrue up to 17 days of Paid Time Off your first year of employment 11 paid federal holidays Special employee pricing on lending products such as mortgage, auto, and personal loans (eligibility for special employee pricing is subject to standard account requirements and underwriting criteria)
Description
The Senior Product Manager, Digital works independently to manage complex digital product lifecycles, including product vision and strategy, go-to-market plans, development, positioning, launch and messaging. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert in digital experience for the Mobile and Online banking channels including acquisition, authentication, account management, money movement, and marketing engagement.

Job Duties
- Establish and drive digital product vision and strategy, including go-to-market plans, positioning and messaging.
- Build, manage, and prioritize an actionable product roadmap to support organizational goals and strategies, in collaboration with other product managers, business partners, and third-party vendors.
- Lead internal partnerships with scrum and engineering teams to ensure frictionless end to end release management while keeping member impact and experience as a priority.
- Proactively lead discussions both internally and externally, working closely with, IT, legal, risk, and compliance partners to drive consensus and solve for complex scenarios.
- Establish, monitor and measure KPIs to drive product success and data driven decisioning.
- Mentor other Product Managers on a day-to-day basis.
