Stylists typically earn $47,000 – $72,000 annually , including tips and performance bonuses.

Hair Stylist / Barber Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client experiences and ensure every child leaves smiling

Listen and communicate clearly with clients and parents to deliver top-quality service

Educate clients on retail products best suited to their needs

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon

Work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced, kid-friendly environment

Collaborate with teammates to uphold Sharkey’s brand standards

Must hold an active Cosmetology or Barber License (State of Wisconsin)
