Fund Manager

Job Description

A client in the Nashville, TN area is looking for a Fund manager to join their team. This leader will support the Private Alternatives Financial Control team, overseeing pooled investment vehicles across private equity, private credit, and private debt. While this role has no direct reports, it involves guiding and supporting team members and may evolve into a managerial position.

• Oversee audit and tax teams, managing inquiries and coordinating responses with external vendors.
• Review quarterly and annual financial statements, working closely with auditors to ensure accuracy and sign-off.
• Provide direction and support to Fund Administration Analysts, ensuring deliverables are met and internal standards upheld.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior-level contacts across departments.
• Contribute to process improvements and assist with special projects as needed.
