HR Field Coordinator

Are you our next great Field Recruiter / Development Coordinator?

This role is responsible for recruiting, evaluating, and hiring skilled candidates for our various field construction positions. Additionally, you will serve an HR Liaison / Mentor to our crews by connecting with them, establishing relationships, and tracking retention.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities, But Not Limited To :

• Sourcing and identifying construction field candidates through various methods including cold calling, canvassing, referrals, job boards, etc.
• Conducting initial phone screenings and in-person interviews.
• Creating and monitoring all recruitment and help wanted ads.
• Continuously maintain a pipeline of candidates through referrals.
• Establishing and maintaining industry relationships with trade associations, educational institutions, career services / resources, etc.
• Onboarding new employees, including filling out I-9 and new hire paperwork.
• Conducting orientation, including preparing all welcome packets and paperwork.
• Serving as an HR rep / liaison with the field workers.
• Serve as primary contact for calls regarding help wanted ads.
• Maintain a pipeline of candidates through candidate and employee referrals.
• Schedules and conducts new hire orientation and ensure completion of new hire paperwork including, I-9, direct deposit, background and MVR.
• Other tasks, duties, and projects as assigned.
