Location : US Resource needs to be in Carlsbad or Frederick office.

Project Overview

The UnifAId Data Platform Planning initiative focuses on transforming Customer Experience (CX) and Service Management by integrating data across enterprise systems (ERP, MRP, Client). The project aims to deliver a unified, data-driven ecosystem that enhances visibility, decision-making, and business efficiency.

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a solid background in Customer Experience (CX) and Service Domain processes. The candidate will serve as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring seamless integration between ERP systems and enterprise data platforms, and enabling actionable insights through BI and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document business requirements across CX, ERP, MRP, and Client systems.

Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and data teams to define data flows, KPIs, and system integrations.

Develop and manage business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement documents (FRD), and user stories.

Facilitate the integration of ERP data into enterprise platforms (Databricks, AWS).

Use SQL and Power BI to validate data and build visualizations for business reporting.

Support Agile ceremonies, prioritize backlogs, and ensure delivery alignment with business goals.

Communicate technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Promote best practices in data quality, governance, and reporting consistency.

Required Skills & Experience

Overall Experience : 710 years in Business Analysis, with 45 years of domain experience in Customer Experience (CX) and Service Management.

Proven experience with ERP systems (preferably MRP, Client) and integration projects.

45 years of hands-on experience with SQL and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI preferred).

Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Databricks and AWS.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proven ability to work in Agile environments and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Preferred Skills

Working knowledge of GitHub for version control and collaboration.

Understanding of data pipelines, transformation workflows, and visualization best practices.

Familiarity with modern data architectures and cloud-based analytics ecosystems.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this role is ($55 TO $62). Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
