Your Responsibilities as our Landscape Field Manager / Team Lead (including but not limited to)

o You are quite literally the boots on the ground. You’ll be walking job sites, checking for quality control, and making sure equipment and vehicles are maintained.

o The team is a unit and works together to keep things organized. You’ll keep yourself and your fellow crew members organized and responsibly on task.

o The team looks to you for support. You find solutions for issues that come up. And you make sure that team members are aware of what's happening on the properties.

o You will help to keep the team on schedule while not sacrificing quality and ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.

o Simply put, you make sure the schedule, the materials, the equipment, your team members and the satisfaction of our customers is MANAGED.

Benefits & Pay

The beginning pay range for this position is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour and is dependent on your experience and performance as a lawn care or landscaping management professional. Pay is weekly and raise considerations begin at 30 days of employment with consistently satisfactory work.
