We are seeking a Senior IT System Analyst with advanced Product analyst experience to play a critical role in building and enhancing a complex Investment Platform .

This position is ideal for a client-focused, strategic thinker with deep analytical skills who thrives at the intersection of business operations, data, and product innovation. Your role will blend leadership and planning expertise with a passion for delivering results. This role requires a self-starter who can champion collaboration and cultivate close partnerships with business stakeholders and development teams to help craft and implement solutions across both client (front-end) and server-side (back-end) technologies.

Key Expertise and Experience

• 10+ years of Systems Analysis experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in interviewing and extracting high-quality business requirements from stakeholders using the Agile / Scrum methodology .
• Ownership and execution of requirements analysis sessions to elicit business needs and translate them into clear, relevant system requirements .
• Anticipating, discovering through ongoing interaction with, and prioritizing client / partner needs to serve as their voice and guide Engineering Leaders and Technology teams.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills , including strong judgment, issue management, and root cause analysis techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation skills .
• Demonstrated ability to effectively balance
• multiple tasks and priorities
• in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience with Alternative Investments, Digital Assets, Private Market, or Liquid Alternatives is preferred.
