Job Description

Located in beautiful Northern California, Adventist Health Clear Lake has been a leading healthcare provider in Lake County since 1968. We are comprised of a 25-bed critical access hospital and provide primary and specialty care services at clinics throughout the area to best serve our community. Job Summary :

Maintains responsibility for providing expert clinical care in general or specialty areas. Assesses, plans and provides patient care in collaboration with the attending physician. Provides comprehensive health assessments, performs medical diagnosis of acute and chronic illnesses, writes prescriptions and formulates treatment plans. Diagnoses medical conditions, plans and implements interventions. Assists in medical / surgical care of patients and evaluates responses in collaboration with the attending / consulting physicians.

Job Requirements :

Education and Work Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) : Preferred
• Two years' relevant clinical experience : Preferred
