Job Title : Senior Physician Relations Manager

Position Summary :

The Senior Physician Relations Manager plays a vital role in strengthening and growing our referral network by building trusted relationships with primary care physicians, specialists, and healthcare organizations across the region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys connecting with providers, and is motivated by sales performance and relationship-building that directly contributes to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Channel Marketing (30%)

• Develop and execute channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, partner engagement, and referral pipeline growth.
• Provide feedback from the field to marketing and product teams to inform messaging, marketing opportunities and roadmap priorities.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop partner toolkits, collateral, and content.
• Analyze channel performance metrics and adjust tactics for maximum impact.

Field Sales / Referral Network Growth (70%)
