Our client, an innovative medical device company, is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their growing Human Resources function. This position will serve as a key business partner in building high-performing teams across the organization.
In this role, you’ll drive end-to-end recruitment operations while serving as a strategic advisor to department leaders. Your primary focus will be on developing robust candidate pipelines and executing hiring initiatives that support organizational growth objectives.
Requirements of the Talent Acquisition Specialist :
- Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or comparable discipline
- Minimum 3 years of medical device recruiting experience with demonstrated expertise in managing complex hiring processes; background in medical technology, life sciences, or high-growth entrepreneurial settings strongly desired—cardiovascular or cardiac rhythm management sector experience is a significant plus
- Documented track record of successfully identifying and securing niche talent in specialized technical or healthcare-related functions
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills; capable of providing strategic guidance to executive stakeholders
- Proficiency with candidate management platforms and process optimization; highly organized with the ability to manage concurrent requisitions effectively
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for cutting-edge industries, cross-functional partnerships, and contributing to meaningful organizational outcomes
Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist :
