Industrial Welder

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Welder  to join our team and contribute to the development of our welding department. This role involves working with a variety of materials and welding processes to support our marine, industrial, and manufacturing clients. In addition to welding and fabrication, this position requires mechanical aptitude to occasionally perform mechanic-related tasks. The ideal candidate is proficient in TIG and MIG welding and has extensive experience with maritime industry standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in developing and maintaining the company’s welding department, including overseeing welding equipment and processes.
• Perform TIG and MIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, steel, and copper-nickel materials.
• Pass 3G, 4G, and 6G welder qualification tests to demonstrate proficiency.
• Apply industry-standard practices to marine, industrial, and manufacturing projects.
• Act as a mechanic when required to support company operations.
• Travel to client sites as needed (up to 25%–50% per year).
• Work flexible hours, including some nights and weekends, with overtime pay as applicable.
