Senior Regional Collision Manager – Tesla

Tesla’s Senior Regional Collision Managers lead internal collision centers, delivering exceptional customer experience, developing teams, managing daily operations and expanding field sites to support our growing customer base.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver results and achieve quarterly and monthly goals across customers, people, operations, strategic direction and financials.
• Exceed customer expectations by exceeding the world‑class service experience, monitoring service trends and continuously improving standards and processes.
• Lead through others, building a high‑performance team, coaching, mentoring and fostering open communication and a positive work environment.
• Own the region’s performance, driving continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, quality and overall excellence across multiple locations.
• Establish strategic direction and business plans, evaluating resource needs and developing new locations to support growth.
• Understand and lead daily operations with a focus on quality, productivity, output, cost and revenue / margin where applicable.

$144,000 – $216,000 annual salary plus cash and stock awards and benefits. Total compensation may vary based on location and experience.
