We’re seeking a friendly, organized Medical Receptionist / Medical Assistant who enjoys patient interaction, teamwork, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Join our high-tech, team-oriented internal medicine practice focused on preventive care, diabetes management, and weight-loss programs that change lives.

Responsibilities :

  • Welcome patients and provide excellent service at check-in and check-out
  • Manage scheduling, calls, and patient messages in Epic EMR
  • Verify insurance, collect copays, and assist with billing and referrals
  • Support office operations : scanning, faxing, prior authorizations, reminder calls
  • Take vitals and document history in EHR
  • Management of chronic medical conditions and coordination of care

    • Qualifications :

  • Prior medical office or administrative experience preferred
