We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Campus Recruiter to lead our university recruiting efforts with a focus on co-op hiring programs. This role will manage the end-to-end recruitment processfrom campus engagement and candidate sourcing to selection and onboardingensuring a strong pipeline of early-career talent aligned with our business needs.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. They will serve as a brand ambassador, building lasting partnerships with universities, faculty, and student organizations to attract diverse, high-potential talent.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student groups to drive awareness of co-op opportunities.
• Represent Kokosing at campus events, career fairs, information sessions, and networking activities.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for students throughout the recruiting process, providing a positive and transparent candidate experience.
