StartDate : ASAP Available Shifts : Regular 8 Pay Rate : $206.61 - $223.65

This facility is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity :

• Available Shift Length and Scheduling Requirements :  Monday - Friday; 7a-3p
• Required Cases :  General, orthopedics, joint replacements. Must be proficient in Interscalene blocks (ISB), supraclavicular, intermediate cervical plexus (for clavicles)
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) :  SIS, currently using Paper Charting
• Care Team (and ratio) or Independent :  Care Team
• Credentialing Timeframe :  up to 90 days
• License required or willing to license :  Michigan License required
