They are seeking a

Senior Data Scientist

to lead experimentation across product, pharmacy, and design teams. This role involves designing and running A / B tests, building frameworks for causal inference, and ensuring statistical rigor in decision‑making. You'll collaborate closely with clinicians, engineers, and designers to drive evidence‑based improvements in patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

Own design and execution of experiments (A / B tests, quasi‑experiments)

Build tools to standardize experimentation and reporting

Provide nuanced insights beyond simple metrics

Mentor teammates and set best practices

Ideal Background

4+ years of applied experimentation experience

Strong Python and SQL skills

Expertise in causal inference methods

Ability to communicate complex results clearly

Compensation :

$150K-$220K base salary + equity and benefits
