About The Position

• Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to restore function, improve mobility, and prevent further injury.
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities in accordance with best practice guidelines.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and home care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system.
• Adhere to facility policies, safety standards, and ethical practice guidelines.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to team goals.
