Machine Operators with leadership experience in a manufacturing environment - food / pharmaceutical background preferred
Operates and monitors food production equipment, manage materials, ensuring high-quality output by adhering to production standards and procedures.
Key duties include manually moving carts of product, monitoring machine functions like cook times, ability to follow recipe and ensuring correct ingredient scaling. Must follow Good Manufacturing Practices and trouble shoot / problem solve.
Skills / Experience :
This role involves frequent to continuous standing, walking, and manual tasks. There is frequent reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting (up to 50 pounds), as well as other movements like bending, stooping, and kneeling. Able to work under temperature from -30 to 176F, where applicable, able to stand on feet for a duration of up to 13 hours. Flexibility to work overtime (4 days of 12 hours)
Required Skills :
Education : High school diploma or GED is required.
Experience : Previous manufacturing experience is required; food manufacturing experience is preferred.
Language : The ability to speak, read, and write basic English is required.
