AP Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the dynamic team at our client in Irvine. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our accounts payable processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance while supporting our mission of sustainability and recycling.

Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks and electronic payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
• Prepare reports related to accounts payable activities for management review.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address payment inquiries and issues.
