The position is primarily responsible for compiling and maintaining accounts payable / receivable records by performing the following :

Job Responsibilities : A / R

• Accurate & Timely processing of customer invoices in both ERP systems and various customer portals
• Accurately compile supporting documents for daily invoicing
• Work with Sales team as needed to create new customer accounts in ERP System
• Ensure all customer requests are attended to in a timely and professional manner
• Distribute electronically A / R customer reports and follow up on past due accounts
• Reach out to customers to collect on past due accounts

The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate. Possibility of position becoming hybrid (Office + Home) after training is complete.
