We’re a rapidly growing State Farm agency located in the charming Historic Havelock district of East Lincoln, and we’re looking for our next Insurance Specialist to join our team.

protectors, helping our customers safeguard what matters most.
What You’ll Do :
Build lasting relationships with new and existing customersListen, assess needs, and recommend personalized insurance solutionsProvide education and guidance to help customers protect their families, property, andfinancial futures
Collaborate with a supportive team that values service and growthLicensing & Training :
Ability to obtain Nebraska Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses isrequired
Current licenses are not required. We’ll provide support and training to help you get licensedWhat We Offer :
Base salary of $45,000-55,000 plus commission. On-target earnings (OTE) typically range from $60,000 to $100,000 depending on performance.Bonus and commission structure tied to individual and agency performancePaid time off (vacation, personal, and sick days)Consistent Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, no evenings or weekends401(k) reimbursement after 90 days of employmentTraining and licensing assistance – sales experience preferred but not requiredA positive, people-first culture within a trusted State Farm brandWhat We’re Looking For :
