The role demands a leader with a deep understanding of RCM, a proven track record in operational leadership, and a passion for driving transformative change within a rapidly growing organization. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree highly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the healthcare or RCM industry, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling operations, leading large, cross-functional teams, and experience with automation and AI integration.
