Job Summary :

The licensed customer service manager is accountable for leading and managing the customer service team to deliver exceptional service and support to clients. Key Responsibilities :

Qualifications :

Experience :

Previous experience in customer service, with at least 2-5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
