About The Position

Responsibilities :

Assist Occupational Therapists in executing individualized treatment plans.

Provide therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance patients’ functional abilities.

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, adaptive equipment, and safety strategies.

Observe patients during therapy sessions and report progress or concerns to the supervising OT.

Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records.

Ensure a safe and organized therapy environment.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.

Job Requirements

Qualifications :

Education : Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Licensure : Active state license as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA).

Experience : 1–2 years preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.

Skills : Strong communication, patient-care, and organizational skills.
