job_description.job_card.job_descriptionWarmly welcoming customers, whether face-to-face or on the phone, & connecting them to our team Keeping the calendar on point by setting & managing appointments & office communications Handling incoming questions like a pro, keeping customer info up to date Researching & explaining billing inquiries Assisting with the claims process Chatting with potential & current customers Delivering top-notch customer service to make sure everyone’s happy Self-starting on agency tasks to keep things running smoothly Ability to communicate in Spanish (preferred) Some experience in receptionist or customer service roles (you know the drill) Great communication skills & a genuine knack for connecting with people Super organized & able to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat Comfortable pivoting & setting appointments Basic tech skills, like Microsoft Office & CRM systems Bonus : If you love social media & enjoy engaging online, that’s a big plus!
