Job Description :

As a seasoned Production Test Engineer, you will spearhead the Near Field Range (NFR) test team within our Hardware Integration Center. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee all aspects of Pre-NFR, Loadbox, and NFR testing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain the execution of production schedules and deliverables
• Perform at a high operational speed while adapting quickly to changes in plans and priorities
• Develop a team of production test engineers across multiple shifts
• Collaborate with Test Equipment Engineering on system-level test equipment integration and delivery
• Analyze production test data for compliance, trend identification, and process improvements
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders in Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program Offices
• Ensure safety requirements are met for products, personnel, and test environments
