Legal Assistant – Litigation Focus

A respected law firm client of ours is hiring a Litigation Legal Assistant for its West Palm Beach office. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting attorneys and paralegals with day-to-day litigation tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and file court documents, including electronic filings

Draft letters, memos, and routine legal documents

Organize case files and manage deadlines

Handle scheduling, calls, and meetings for attorneys

Interact with court staff, clients, and legal teams professionally

Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information

Transcribe dictation and process incoming / outgoing mail

Track reimbursements and submit payment requests

What We’re Looking For :

Experience in litigation support within a law firm or legal setting

Familiarity with pleadings, court filings, and legal terminology

Strong Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of iManage, InTapp, or similar software preferred

Clear communication and excellent time management

Ability to work occasional overtime when needed

Background in legal studies or related coursework is a plus
