Restoration Production Manager

Seeking individuals with experience in Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, and Restoration!

Primary responsibilities include :

• Overseeing a crew of techs and temps at each job site with the objective of maximizing work productivity while minimizing production costs.
• Managing the entire job site and completing required duties including :
• Directing Production Techs on plan of action for each Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation or Fire cleanup job.
• Scoping the job (completing a walk through of the entire property with the objective of understanding the scope of damage, identifying all affecting areas, and assessing required work and coordinating and guiding the techs on how to complete each job).
• Completing sketches (providing management with a drawing / illustration of the job site with appropriate measurements and all relevant data points needed to complete a proper estimate).
• Creating a photo report for each job documenting all affected areas before work is performed and once work is completed. We need BEFORE and AFTER photos to include in our Billing package to the insurance company.
• DryBook (Moisture Reading & Mapping) (responsible for entering / updating all relevant information into DryBook to correctly capture scope of the job).
• Creating an estimate for each job and helping gather required insurance paperwork required by the insurance company.
• Conducting the Job Inspections (point of sale be able to sell a job).
• Must be able to manage more than one job at a time.
• Communicating with adjusters to ensure all insurance requirements are met for each job we work on and ensuring all documentation is provided to adjusters / insurance company.
• Communicating with customers to ensure top notch customer service. Must follow up with customers often to ensure we are meeting their needs.
• Communicating clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervising their activities.
• Managing relationships with centers of influence (COIs) including Property Managers and Adjusters.
• Overseeing scheduling of jobs, resources, and crews following SERVPRO Franchise production guidelines.
• Managing job file documentation, job profitability, and efficiencies.
• Training, managing, and recruiting production personnel.
• Reviewing all job paperwork (scope, estimate, job diary, and work orders) to ensure staff is ready to do the job efficiently.
